Fitness tip of the week ! SPOT REDUCTION

💥 💥 💥 1.) make sure your nutrition is on point ! Start by hitting your daily macronutrient requirements( If you don’t know Contact me or purchase a custom meal plan for $25 ! ) to lose body fat build muscle and change your body composition . Protein intake is highly important and there are so many sustainable methods to get it . 💥 2.) strength train a minimum of 2-3x per week . Focus on progressive overload . by improving your strength you can increase in lean muscle as a by product . 💥 3.) DO NOT NEGLECT REST & RECOVERY ! Understand that the magic happens when you rest. I use to get so caught up in the grind that I neglected the fact I wasn’t resting enough !
