1️⃣ your OVEREATING ❌
Understand that in order to lose body fat you need to burn more calories than you consume . in most cases your just overeating . The easiest solution to getting your calorie intake under control is to TRACK macros ! ( food journal , or meal plan )
2️⃣ your are not training optimally ❌
the sets, reps, phases , & rest times matter when you have specific goals . Understand that you just can’t lose body fat you have to replace it with lean muscle mass .
your only going to accomplish that goal through focusing on strength training
3️⃣ you are not resting frequently ❌
Understand that the magic happens when your optimizing your rest & recovery . Your body is repairing the muscle tissue that you’ve broken down during training when you rest .
make sure you are resting frequently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also your daily routine should be conducive to the results you want to see within yourself .
